What is this all about?
yourDigitalDiva is a unique computer services company that offers on-site instruction, technical support and other services. We are geeks with social graces who strive to make your computing experience a happy one.

How much does it cost?
Rates start at $135 per hour for basic instruction. Creative instruction starts at $150/hour.

Do you offer discounts?
Custom packages are available. When purchasing 5, 10 or more hours in advance you can save as much as 10% and receive priority service.

There are other services out there, how are you different?
We believe in building relationships with you and your computer. We recognize that it is not helpful, and even annoying to have a different person come to your home or office each time. We also know that while some "just want it fixed" others want an explanation of the problem and solution.

Can you fix my computer?
Generally yes, although there will be times that the issue is due to a hardware problem and must involve the manufacturer.

So, if I use yourDigitalDiva, do I still need a warranty?
I would--and do purchase the protection plan offered by the manufacturer.  As much as you may love or hate your computer, it's still a machine and things can go wrong. Parts and labor can get be surprisingly expensive.

Can you set up my computer?
Absolutely! We'd love to help you out.

Internet?
Once you've made the call to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and have received the modem we can set it up for you. If you're not sure what to get or whether or not you should go wireless we can help you make that decision as well.

Printer?
Wireless or hardwired, laser or inkjet single user or networked we can set it up for you.

How did you learn all of this stuff?
The DigitalDiva and staff have all come about there expertise in various ways, through years of watching, reading, and most importantly trial and error. We are Apple certified and educated on the job and through higher education. (See "About" for more information.)

I’m not really interested in learning how to do stuff, I just want someone to fix my computer.
No problem. A well-running machine is key to a happy computing experience.

Do you know anything about digital cameras?
Sure we do. We're happy to make recommendations, clear up any questions you may have about pixels, printing, resolution and image editing software.

Do you teach children and adults?
We do it all. If you're interested, we'll teach you.

Can you make my computer safer for my kids?
Yes, we sure can. Drop us a line or give us a call and we'll tell you how.

I need a website, logo, something creative, can you help?
We are a creative bunch! Drop us a line about your project and we'll go from there.

My department just upgraded and we need someone to teach a group of people?
We love field trips! Depending on the number of people you have in the group we will provide an appropriate number of instructors. One to lead and the other(s) to provide support for the group.
